Shipping Information:

– All items will be posted using Royal Mail 1st class.

– We will keep all receipts/tracking numbers for proof of postage in case of any scam attempts – tracking details will NEVER be sent to anyone in order to protect us & you.

– All orders will be posted the following business day.

– Allow 2-4 business days, from placing the order, for it to arrive to UK, 7-10 business days to EU & 7-15 business days for the rest of the world.

– Please make sure all aspects of your address is spelt correctly.

– All orders will be packed in discreet, protected packaging with no invoice or order details inside to minimise any risk of parcel seizures or links to us or our customers.

UK Shipping Information:

All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st class delivery, within the UK this service usually takes 1-2 working days once it is with the courier. Some unexpected delays may take place so please allow some extra time before getting in touch with us if it does get later than the estimated arrival time from placing the order (2-4 working days).

We will not disclose any tracking details to anyone under NO CIRCUMSTANCES – this is to protect us and to also protect you.

If your order does for any reason get seized or intercepted, we will re-ship your order or refund you 50% of the order total.

We will only re-ship the items that have been mentioned in the seizures letter, and without a seizures letter no re-ships can take place.

Buyer will NOT be refunded due to incorrect or false postage address.

We currently have a 100% success rate within the UK.

International Shipping Information

All international orders will also be shipped 1st class, different regions of the world will experience different delivery times.

– Europe 5-10 working days.

– America 7-15 working days.

– Australia/New Zealand 10-15 working days.

Some unexpected delays may take place so please allow some extra time before getting in touch with us if it does get later than the estimated arrival time from placing the order (3-15 working days depending on where in the world you are).

In the rare and unfortunate event of a parcel seizure, you would need to send us a picture or scan of the seizure letter and we will re-ship your order (we will only re-ship your order once) or give you a 50% refund, unless you are in any of the countries that have very tough customs, you would need to order at your own risk in this case. The countries include: Australia/New Zealand/Canada/Norway/South Korea/Brazil.

We ship to every country in the world, if Royal Mail cover that country then we can ship to there!

Where do you ship from?

Our base is the UK so all orders will be shipped from the UK.

Do you ship to P.O boxes?

Yes, of course we do. We will ship to any address you give us.

Can I change my address?

Yes you can change your address, along as you let us know very fast and that we haven’t already sent out your parcel. If it has already left us then we cannot be held responsible if you don’t get your package due to you giving the wrong address.

When do you ship parcels?

We try to ship parcels out everyday for all orders before 3pm, but if for some reason we cannot do it that day, it will be despatched the next day.

Is there a minimum spend per order?

No, there is no minimum order for us to ship your items. As long as you pay the correct shipping fee, we will treat all orders the same wether it be 1 item or 100!

Do you offer free shipping?

Do you used tracking?

Yes we do use tracking for every parcel sent.

Do I have to sign for my parcel?

The shipping methods we use does allow us to send the parcels tracked but with no signature required at the end for the customers safety. The tracking allows us to follow the parcels every step, but be safely received by you without having to sign for it.
